What We Do ...
• Propagation of the Buddha - Dhamma
• Writing, Translating, Printing and Publishing Buddhist books and Literature.
• Sale of Books and distribution of free books. Establishment of Branch
• Sale of Books and distribution of free books. Establishment of Branch Buddhist Bookshops, and Mobile Units travelling throughout the island selling books on Buddhism.
• Religious Counselling. Conducting residential Meditation Courses, at the Meditation Centre at Kananwila, Horana, for short or long periods.
• Dissemination of Buddhist Information and rendering Buddhist missionary services through Internet World Wide Web (WWW) and other allied channels.
• The Director of the BCC, Ven. K.Wimalajothi Thera ,with his wide experience both at home and abroad in Buddhist spiritual work, and his ability to train the youth to face the challenges of tomorrow, has ventured out into a new field in - editing, translating, publishing and putting out for sale books on Buddhism, which is a greatly felt need in the Buddhist world today.
